Susan Welsh to obtain access to the restricted resources.
If
you have problems downloading or viewing the excel or
comma delimited text files, try this: Right-click (Windows)
or control-click (Macintosh) on the link and choose the
save or download option from the popup menu. When prompted
to save this file when you click the link, choose a location
to save it to and then import it manually into Excel when
the download is complete. Note for importing purposes
that the delimiters for the text files are commas and
the delimiters for the Excel files are tabs.
